5, the insert is easy to insert and insert the wrong position, it is also very important; welding can not occur false welding, virtual welding, leakage welding, mis-welding;
6. The casing includes sleeve heat-shrinkable pipe, PVC pipe, winding pipe, yellow wax pipe, etc. The size and process have strict requirements;
7. The test includes continuity test, resistance voltage test, etc., if it does not meet the requirements, it is a defective product;
8. The appearance inspection is supplemented by the inspection of the previous process. For the appearance inspection of the overall harness, the unqualified need to be returned for repair;
9, packaging and storage should be properly packaged and stored for each type of wire harness, otherwise the qualified products will become bad products, it is also very important.
